Originally from Washington, DC, Charlotte has been where I've called home since 2006. After a brief stint working on Capitol Hill, I decided to give real estate a shot until my next gig on The Hill came to fruition. That was in 2003 and I've been a full-time Realtor ever since.
My real estate career began at Keller Williams Realty and I quickly rose to become a prominent leader and speaker internationally with regards to agent technology.
During the Great Recession, I put my teaching ability to work by leading free workshops with national lenders for Realtors across the Carolinas and as a result, my team and I saved thousands of homeowners from foreclosure.
In 2015, I launched my own independent brokerage built on the same principles that I had fostered throughout my real estate career:
- Bring transparency and honesty to the real estate transaction
- Provide exceptional marketing for my clients
- Negotiate and problem-solve for my clients for the best possible outcome.
My goal is to make the home buying and selling experience as close to concierge level as possible. For some clients, that may be directing cleaning, repairs, packing, painting, and moving and for others it may be having thoroughly vetted partners to smoothly execute the real estate purchase transaction.
